They feature a sophisticated, fine-art garden aesthetic crafted from a combination of the highest quality real-touch botanical technologies (including latex and 3D printed designs) that ensures they look flawless from the moment you say "I Do" to your last photo.

We handle the delivery, full setup, and prompt pickup for one venue location with a seamless, white-glove service, all included in your rental price for the North Shore to East Oahu (Haleiwa to Kaneohe). For locations outside this area, please contact us for a custom delivery quote!

2. Add Special Instructions: At checkout, you will see a text box. This step is critical. To ensure flawless delivery, we must have your VENUE NAME, ADDRESS, EMAIL, and PHONE NUMBER, along with your preferred drop-off and pickup times. This allows us to coordinate insurance and logistics directly with your venue.

3. Checkout & Payment: We offer flexible payment options, including paying in full upfront or splitting your total into 4 easy payments via SHOP PAY.

Customizable Touches

• Custom Pops of Fresh: Looking for a specific color accent? We are happy to add a pop of fresh flowers to your aisle collection (additional fees apply)! Please let us know in the special instructions at checkout. While we can add fresh roses, we cannot remove any artificial blooms from the designs.

Important Information

• Price is for the rental of one set of 6 arrangements for one day.

• Set up and delivery are included for ONE initial location only. Standard pickup is no later than 10:00 PM.

• Moving Arrangements: To ensure the integrity of the Rose Waterfall and our other collections, moving arrangements (e.g., from ceremony to reception) must be handled by Hawaii Arch Rentals. This service incurs an additional fee and requires advanced coordination.

• Coordinate-Approved Moves: In certain circumstances (same property, with advanced approval), arrangements may be moved by a hired, insured coordinator. Please contact us to coordinate.

• Late Pickups (past 9pm) and Custom Moves: Separate fees apply for late-night service. Please email us at [your email] and we can provide a custom quote for a late pickup, a venue-to-venue move, or custom arrangements!
